We provide delivery services throughout South Africa. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination, product size, and availability.

A Shipping Policy is a good practice and it helps both sides - you and your customers. Your customers may benefit from being informed about what they can expect from your service. You may benefit because people may be likely to shop with you if you have a clear Shipping Policy in place since there won't be any questions about your shipping timeframes or processes.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed during normal business hours.

• Once payment has been confirmed, orders will be prepared for dispatch.

• Customers will be notified regarding the status of their order and estimated delivery time.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard deliveries typically take between 2–7 business days, depending on location and product availability.

• Custom-built products, trailers, and special orders may require additional production and delivery time.

• Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Delivery charges will be communicated and agreed upon before dispatch.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect all goods upon delivery. Any damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, AJ Empire shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, road closures, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. AJ Empire will not be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
